The art project sounds pretty interesting, I wish we had such in our school too. :P
The painting is awesome! I have never painted with acrylics, I wish I could do that someday. The acrylic paintings I´ve seen are always amazing, this is too. I think I´ll byu some acrylics if I get money as christmas present. :3
..goes little offtopic, eh? So, you draw humans amazingly well, anatomy and especially faces are alway so cool. You really have great style and talent. ^^ Your pose in the pic is very nicely done and the colours are beautiful. I like the way you´ve put the lights and shades. Details are pretty nice too. ^^

acrylics are fun indeed, just take a while to get used to, like all other materials as well. i still havent gotten used to charcoal though :P

Nice to hear you like my art, it means lot to me. ^^
Testing new materials is fun. My newest material experience were pastels, they´re very nice! Charcoal is pretty nice too, but I haven´t used any for a while. I don´t know can I still use them, maybe I should try charcoal again after christmas. :P
